It also has beta carotene and vitamin A, and then it is ideal for women over 40 years old who are looking for a younger skin.

For this last purpose, how shall women consume it?
I would say that in the middle of the morning or the middle of the afternoon. We know that after the first 30's, a hormonal unbalance presents in your organism and, if the person did not eat before, now she eats more without wanting any more weight. Then, to supply those sugar falls, banana is recommended. This is a highly energetic fruit, vital for sportsmen and women nourishment; in fact, many tennis players have a banana one hour before a game. Banana also improves blood circulation, prevents embolism and increases your cardiac rhythm. Another interesting fact is that as it is rich in zinc, it also helps people with hair lost problems.
