and E, which are powerful

beta carotene and vitamin A, and
then it is ideal for women over
40 years old who are looking for
a younger skin.

shall women consume it?
I would say that in the middle
of the morning or the middle of
the afternoon. We know that
after the first 30's, a hormonal
unbalance presents in your
organism and, if the person did
not eat before, now she eats
more without wanting any more
weight. Then, to supply those
sugar falls, banana is
recommended. This is a highly
energetic fruit, vital for
